We are now looking for a bright, motivated individual to set up and run our research and support function. This will require working closely with our research team in the US building up our database of candidates and clients. You will also actively assist us in the day to day process of executive-search which will involve researching the database, various websites and the legal press, as well as preparing pitch documents, helping to prepare and write briefing documents and producing regular reports and updates for our clients.

You must be confident, well organised and happy working in an administration role. You will be prepared to take on responsibility and be comfortable working to deadlines. You should be excited by the idea of helping to set up a new function and in building and developing it going forwards. Strong IT and word processing skills are essential. You must also have excellent inter-personal capabilities and have a great sense of humour. You will ideally have some experience as a recruitment administrator or be currently working in a senior administrator role.

- Identify opportunities to recruit into senior positions with new and existing clients

- Understand and interpret client requirements

- Work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, specialist researchers and networks of senior contacts to deliver optimal solutions for clients

- Intellectually agile, evidenced by a good first degree from a reputable university and (ideally) a post-graduate or professional qualification
