The Position:

As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment of our new location in our London Head Office helping to build a team of Consultants capitalizing on the Healthcare Recruitment Industry, working within the NHS, Private, MOD and Corporate sectors on a temporary basis. This is a new business role where productivity and business development is pivotal to success.

You will have the support and backing of the Directors who are highly successful in a very competitive sector of recruitment industry as well as access to a successful team in our other branch. The Successful Candidate:

Will be a skilled Recruiter with a proven track record within a relevant healthcare sector, highly adept at building effective working relationships, with a professional sales technique. You must possess a thorough understanding of healthcare recruitment and associated administration, highly capable at business development and always able to identify a new business opportunity. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of CQC and the PASA framework.
