A really great chance to grow a very rapidly developing search and selection consultancy based in London but with overseas operations in the pipeline. The company was started four years ago with the intention of developing a specialist recruiter for the security services sector and has since grown to work across other areas like asset management, consultancy, investment banking and risk.
Currently the business has four seasoned recruitment specialists, three of whom have also had many years within industry for some of the leading global financial institutions. The business has a very strong ethical approach to resourcing and builds relationships with the clients that allows us to have very candid discussions about process and people.
One area, security services, is very busy and we need an experienced recruiter to come in and help manage and grow this expanding sector. It would be prefered that you have experience of the securities market, especially the sales side, and will have worked both in a financial business and in the world of search and selection. There is a strong client base for you to work with immediately and the roles are globally spread, although you will be expected to also bring new business into the company.
The culture is one of total inclusion. All ideas are listened to and support is also given for any development or projects that are deemed of value. There will be travel where necessary and recent placements have been in Singapore, Dubai, South Africa and across Europe so the business is not purely London-centric. The business is only four years old yet has very positive aspirations with key stages of growth already underway. This position will work alongside the MD giving increased visibility and allow you to directly influence the business direction and development.
