Recently a finalist in the Chambers of Commerce Business Awards for Most Promising New Business and winner of the Entrepreneur of the Year award, Smart Solutions Recruitment is a dynamic and highly ambitious HR and Recruitment Services company, based at Langstone Business Park, Newport. You may have already heard about our highly successful contract labour and outsourced services provision operations?
As part of the next phase of our expansion strategy we are now looking to grow and strengthen our team in professional services recruitment, to be part of a new start-up organisation. We are seeking to recruit proven consultants or senior consultants across any discipline. We would be especially keen to hear from recruitment professionals, who have worked across the following sectors:
• Manufacturing, engineering, technology
• Renewable energy, utilities, construction, rail
• IT
• Accountancy and/or finance
• Office services administration
• Contract or temp billers in any of the above disciplines.
Educated to degree calibre in any subject, you will be a proven fee earner with a record of outstanding financial performance. Given this is part of our expansion strategy; you will be expected to do all parts of the job – business development, client visits and managing the recruitment process from front to back end. Please note that we are looking for hungry, driven, competitive individuals who are used to winning client “hearts and minds”.
