Our client based in Bournemouth is seeking a Technical Engineering Recruitment consultant to join their team the role will initially involve promoting the company to new and existing clients. They are very big on personal responsibility so you will be dealing with decision makers direct from day one. It's a thrilling ride which will sharpen your instincts in sales, customer service and expectation management.
As the role and your skills progress you will deal with candidates, assessing their skills and suitability and providing career and interview guidance.
The real name of the game though is promotion to full consultant status. This client likes to train their own people, everything you achieve here will be based on merit only, and not on seniority. Promotion to consultant status (and the big money that entails!) will happen fast or slowly depending entirely on you and your drive, motivation and commitment to self-improvement.
Starting salary is £18,000 - £28,000 pa (DOE and qualifications) with a realistic OTE of £60k+. This company operate an open book commission scheme that pays on all revenue generated and that recognises and rewards growth and excellence.
Flexible working hours with a rostered early finish on a Friday afternoon
