Head of Research and Support/ Administration and Recruitment Administrator/ Senior Administrator

Macrae Roxburgh Appleby is a recently launched high-end executive search business focused on partner and team moves in the legal sector. Based in the heart of the City, the three principals have over forty years of recruitment experience between them and have worked on a wide range of instructions for major law firms and commercial institutions in London and around the globe. We are part of a broader group with offices in California and China.

We are now looking for a bright, motivated individual to set up and run our research and support function. This will require working closely with our research team in the US building up our database of candidates and clients. You will also actively assist us in the day to day process of executive-search which will involve researching the database, various websites and the legal press, as well as preparing pitch documents, helping to prepare and write briefing documents and producing regular reports and updates for our clients.

You must be confident, well organised and happy working in an administration role. You will be prepared to take on responsibility and be comfortable working to deadlines. You should be excited by the idea of helping to set up a new function and in building and developing it going forwards. Strong IT and word processing skills are essential. You must also have excellent inter-personal capabilities and have a great sense of humour. You will ideally have some experience as a recruitment administrator or be currently working in a senior administrator role.
