How? Well all your clients are looking to you the Placement Consultant for help. You’ll use our technology and your brains and personality to help them to find the jobs they need. We will provide you with a software system that puts all the data you need at your fingertips. As a Placement Consultant you won’t need to use a lot of sales flannel. Just give them clear honest advice about what’s available, and build relationships through your personal charm. The majority of your day as a Placement Consultant will be spent talking to clients on the phone – we’ll even give you a headset so that you can pretend you are Britney!

Training for a Placement Consultant.

You will start with our induction training, and then you will learn the role of a Placement Consultant through assignments geared to building your understanding of the job.

Who we’re looking for

We don’t insist on applicants having specific experience in customer services or a sales environment (though it may help). All you need is a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, swish organisational skills and an ability to build close personal relationships with clients on the telephone.
