THE ROLE:
* The emphasis is to win and deliver end to end recruitment solutions for strategic assignments operating specifically across the Financial sector
* You will be part of an energetic team that offers meritocracy to all that join
* Dependant on your career and experience, you will generate fees by offering Executive Contingency Solutions, Retained Search or Contract recruitment £400 - £600 day rate
* You will have the benefit of a highly experiences Associates/Researcher working alongside you to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
THE CANDIDATE:
* You will be of graduate caliber with previous Executive recruitment experience - Financial recruitment is not a prerequisite.
* You must be able to demonstrate your ability to delivery consistent revenue against mutually agreed targets.
* Self motivated and driven to achieve
* Highly articulate individual to fulfill this role.
