RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - Creative industries
Location: CENTRAL LONDON
Salary/salary range: £20-25,000 plus commission ote £30-45,000
Leading events, marketing and creative recruiters are looking for a recruitment consultant to join the team. You will take over an established desk that provides clients with a variety of roles, from Office Support people to Marketing and Event executives.
Regan & Dean has been established for over 20 years, we are one of the leading recruiters for the marketing, creative, media and events industries.
What can be more satisfying than using your ambition, communication and business acumen, along with persuasive selling skills to put the right people into the right jobs?
You will build relationships with a variety of clients including Agency, Fashion and Corporate clients plus Charities and Associations.
As a confident business relationship builder, you will also be expected to develop your own client portfolio whilst at the same time, servicing existing clients, you will find that no day is ever the same!
You will be confident and motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, possess the ability to work well under pressure and a can do' attitude. You will also need to be a good team player and be willing to learn new skills.
This role would suit someone with some experience in recruitment, a real interest in creative and media industries coupled with good business development or sales skills. Someone who's great with people and enjoys bringing out the best in them and who is now looking for autonomy and scope in their role.
