IT Recruitment Consultant (German Speaker)
Start date: Flexible, ASAP preferred End date: permanent/full time Salary: up to £21k (Dependant primarily on years of experience) + attractive commission structure.
Firstly, this is not an IT role, this is a sales/recruitment position. Secondly, role is for someone with GERMAN language capabilites. We are searching for a people who have a hunger for success and would like to work in IT Recruitment.

A genuine drive and hunger for success, strong ability and willingness to speak on the phone, tenacious attitude, energetic character and self-motivation to be the best are all key attributes. Following hands-on training, the successful candidate will be responsible for: -
Identifying key customers and building and maintaining relationships through targeted telephone contact.
- Identifying and selecting suitable IT specialists (contractors or permanent candidates) for customer requirements.
- Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets.
Other aspects of the role will include:
- Sourcing specialists for requirements through database and website CV searches and networking with appropriate specialists.
- Negotiating extended business with specialists.
- Creating appropriate recruitment adverts for requirements.
- Maintaining regular contact with key specialists and building your relationship.
As a trainee you will be trained in all aspects of sales and recruitment and given full guidance and support. Over the course of time you will also attain an understanding of technical IT terminology, functions and roles.
Candidates will need to be bright, enthusiastic, well-educated individuals with a genuine desire to succeed in recruitment/IT sales.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience within the recruitment industry. Candidates must have strong written and verbal English skills and MUST SPEAK GERMAN. You should also have a basic understanding of the Microsoft office suite.
Candidates should also be able to demonstrate the following personal skills:
- Clear and confident communication on the phone and in person.
- The ability to forge and maintain business relationships.
- Self motivation.
- The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- A professional, proactive approach.
- The ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to continually speak to potential candidates everyday on the phone. Candidates preferably but not essential, hold a full, current driving license and be prepared to attend sales meetings in the UK and Europe.
